Major components	The mechanical production is more stable, and the electrical control parts and mechanical parts manufacturers selected by the machinery are all manufactured by international or domestic famous brand manufacturers. To ensure more extended service life of machinery equipment maintenance is easier: the design of machinery taking into account the convenience of maintenance personnel, so the use of integrated control and component assembly. Take full account of the convenience of production maintenance. The machinery is more firm and durable, and the overall structure is more reasonable and beautiful.
Payment method and delivery time	The deposit is 50%, and the balance shall be paid off before delivery after the machine is finished. After the machinery is done, the buyer needs to send the wire rope to test the machine, the test machine proofing sent video to the buyer for confirmation, after confirmation can leave the factory. The steel wire rope needs to be provided by you.
Design principle and Workflow	WPM-40SF type and WPM-80SF type its working principle is to use the resistance heating method to heat the wire rope alloy wire rod, rod, pipe, plate, etc. to a certain temperature, and then force open, so that the wire rope is blown open and the head is not scattered. The workpiece clamping and forcing open the application of pneumatic mode. The movement of the active electrode is guided by precision limit bearing, which has high motion accuracy and small friction resistance.

What industries commonly use the WPM-80SF Automatic 3-Axis Wire Rope Fusing Machine?

The WPM-80SF is widely used in aviation, automotive, elevator, rigging, lock, traction, bicycle, and decoration industries. It enhances product quality, reduces production costs, and increases output for primary equipment in these sectors.

What is the maximum wire rope diameter the WPM-80SF can fuse?

The WPM-80SF can fuse wire ropes up to a maximum diameter of Φ10.5mm (approximately 10.5 mm), with a standard specification range of 2-10mm for wire rope fusing diameter.

How does the WPM-80SF's resistance heating method improve wire rope fusing?

The WPM-80SF uses resistance heating to heat the wire rope alloy to a specific temperature, then pneumatically forces it open. This method ensures precise, clean fusing with a flat back head, preventing wire rope scattering. The precision limit bearing-guided active electrode enhances motion accuracy and reduces friction, resulting in consistent, high-quality fusing.

What are the dimensions and weight of the WPM-80SF, and what is its typical production efficiency?

The WPM-80SF has overall dimensions of 1450X980X1650mm and weighs 0.45 tons. Under standard operating conditions, it achieves an efficiency of approximately 30 fuses per minute (excluding preparation time like workpiece handling), significantly boosting production capacity.

What is the delivery time and payment process for the WPM-80SF?

Standard delivery time is 10 business days. An 8MM automatic fuse breaker model is typically in stock, while other specifications and accessories require customization. Payment requires a 50% deposit, with the balance due before shipment after machine testing. Buyers must provide wire rope samples for testing, and proofing videos are sent for confirmation prior to dispatch.
