The use of an electric footswitch control reduces the labor intensity for workers, making operation more convenient and greatly improving work efficiency. The wire is clipped into modules which grip it securely, and then the work template is started by sliding a linking piece up and down located in the template. A blade driven by a cylinder bridge starts peeling while torsion on the side of the template and gears in the cylinder rack and pinion gear are driven by big gears that twist together to complete twisted lines.
