What are the key capabilities of the WPM-CPRT-02TH Automatic Wire Cutting & Stripping Machine?

The WPM-CPRT-02TH is a fully automated industrial wire processor designed for precision cable harness manufacturing. Its core capabilities include cutting wire lengths from 3 to 40 meters with high accuracy (±2mm per meter), automatically stripping insulation from both ends of the wire, and securing the finished bundle with two durable straps. It efficiently handles wire diameters between 2mm and 5mm, delivering a consistent output of 180 to 300 processed pieces per hour.

How does the 'double tie' feature benefit my wire processing operation?

The integrated double tie function ensures superior bundle security and organization. By applying two straps to each wire bundle, it prevents tangling, maintains wire alignment during handling and shipping, and is ideal for creating neat, professional cable harnesses. This feature enhances workflow efficiency downstream, reduces manual rework, and is perfect for applications requiring reliable, kink-free wire management in industries like automotive, appliance manufacturing, and control panel assembly.

What is the production speed and power requirement for this machine?

The WPM-CPRT-02TH operates at a production speed of 180 to 300 pieces per hour, depending on the wire length and complexity. It is powered by a robust 4.5KW motor and runs on a standard 220V electrical supply, making it suitable for most industrial workshop environments. This balance of speed and power ensures high-volume throughput while maintaining the precision required for meter cutting and stripping tasks.

What types of wire or cable can this machine process?

This automatic wire cutting and stripping machine is engineered to process a wide range of single-core wires commonly used in harness manufacturing. It is optimized for wires with an outer diameter between 2mm and 5mm. For optimal performance and to prevent damage to the stripping blades, we recommend inquiring with our technical team regarding the compatibility of specific cable types, such as those with specialized jacketing or shielding.

Is this machine suitable for creating finished cable harnesses ready for installation?

Yes, absolutely. The WPM-CPRT-02TH is a complete wire processing solution that transforms raw cable reels into finished, bundled harness components. By integrating cutting, stripping, and tying into one automated cycle, it outputs wire bundles that are cut to precise lengths, stripped for termination, and securely tied for handling. This makes it an ideal industrial wire processor for manufacturers seeking to automate their cable harness production line, improve consistency, and reduce labor costs.
