What is the WPM-CPRT-02TH Automatic Circle Wire Processor designed for?

The WPM-CPRT-02TH is an industrial-grade wire processing machine engineered for high-efficiency cable harness manufacturing. It is specifically designed to process 4-8mm diameter cables, performing automatic cutting to precise lengths (3-14 meters), stripping wire ends, and applying a secure double tie binding. It is ideal for producing organized, professional wire bundles in automotive, appliance, and control panel assembly lines.

What are the key features and benefits of the double tie binding function?

The double tie binding function ensures superior bundle integrity and organization. By applying two ties per bundle, it prevents wire slippage and tangling, resulting in more secure and professional-looking cable harnesses. This feature enhances product quality, reduces assembly time downstream, and improves the reliability of the final product in demanding industrial environments.

What is the production efficiency of this machine?

The WPM-CPRT-02TH delivers high productivity with an output of 200 to 380 processed pieces per hour. This efficiency is achieved through its fully automatic operation, which integrates cutting, stripping, and binding in one continuous cycle. This speed significantly boosts production capacity while maintaining consistent precision, making it a cost-effective solution for medium to high-volume manufacturing.

What cable specifications and cutting capabilities does this machine support?

This machine is optimized for industrial cables with a diameter range of 4mm to 8mm. It offers precise meter-cut functionality, allowing programmable cutting lengths from 3 meters up to 14 meters with high accuracy. Combined with its automatic wire stripping capability, it ensures clean, consistent wire ends ready for termination, supporting a wide range of standard industrial wiring applications.

How does the WPM-CPRT-02TH improve cable harness manufacturing operations?

This automatic circle wire processor streamlines and automates the most labor-intensive steps in harness production. By integrating cutting, stripping, and double tie binding into one machine, it eliminates manual errors, ensures repeatable quality, and drastically reduces labor costs. The result is faster throughput, reduced material waste, and the production of uniform, reliable wire bundles that meet strict industrial standards.
